It is not ICO, but could be traded by p2p as i know.

Hi Michael, are you referring to “Friendz”? As far as I am concerned, they did hold an ICO. Projects do not neccessarily have to hold an ico to get listed in exchange. For example, steemit never had an ICO but steem was made tradable on Bittrex immemdiately. Steem and Steem dollars were distributed among its participants via two ways: either by participating in their platform or by purchasing from a cryptocurrency exchange.
