I am Senior Front-end developer and team lead of 10 developers. As the main link of the team, I understand that I need to maintain a team spirit, a positive attitude, efficiency and follow the project deadline. I am sure that without knowledge of people psychology and each of my employees in particular, success cannot be achieved. Therefore, I study psychology and currently writing a psychology capstone project. The main topic of my research is the relationship between team members and how to achieve maximum results effectively. In my opinion, all leaders and managers should improve their level of knowledge in this area.
