Nobody really knows but anything is possible. Even if it is possible, I personally don’t think that it will take place in the short term.
Coinbase has actually recently announced that it is considering the addition of 5 new coins via a blog post published July 13 but lisk is not one of them yet.
Coinbase is exploring the possibility of adding new assets to its trading lists, consisting of Cardano (ADA), Stellar Lumens (XLM), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Zcash (ZEC), as well as 0x (ZRX). Additionally, Coinbase also stated it will negotiate with local banks and relevant regulators to add the assets to as many jurisdictions as they possibly can.
Back in June, Coinbase introduced it will support Ethereum Classic (ETC) on their platform, after which the ETC price rose by more than a whopping 25 percent. According to Coinbase, the process of adding ETC to their exchange system is “proceeding according to plan”
Coinbase noted that unlike ETC, which is technically akin to Ethereum (ETH), the brand-new assets will certainly require additional exploratory efforts. The exchange noted that it does not guarantee the listing of the new tokens.
